How does made-to-order actually work?
You describe what you need, the piece, the room it's for, and roughly the size, over WhatsApp or in person at the showroom. We confirm the details, then build it in our workshop. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the piece and what else is in progress at the workshop. Message us with what you need and we'll give you a real timeline for that specific order, not a generic estimate.
Can I see my piece before it's finished?
Yes. You're welcome to visit the showroom at any point, and we're happy to share progress if you're ordering from further away.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Message us with your location and we'll confirm whether delivery works for your area.
Can I bring my own fabric or a design reference?
Yes. If you have a fabric, colour or reference photo in mind, bring it or send it over and we'll build to match.
What's the difference between Home Furnishers and the Boss outlet?
Home Furnishers is our made-to-order workshop, everything is built for you. Boss is a separate, licensed franchise we also run from the same showroom, selling Boss's own mass-produced moulded furniture. They're different businesses under one roof; see the Boss Outlet page for that range.
How do I pay?
Payment is agreed directly with us when you place the order, over WhatsApp or in person.
Do you take on commercial or office projects?
Yes. We've done office and workspace fit-outs alongside residential work; see the Commercial section on the homepage or ask us directly.
